    At India New EVMART, we aim to deliver all EV products safely, quickly, and efficiently across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


    1. Shipping Coverage

    We deliver EV Scooters, Lithium Batteries, Smart Inverters, Air Purifiers, and Spare Parts to all major cities and towns across India.
    Remote locations may require additional delivery time.


    2. Order Processing Time

    • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • For EV scooters, processing may take 2–5 business days due to inspection and vehicle readiness.


    3. Delivery Time

    Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

    • EV Scooters: 5–12 working days

    • Lithium Batteries & Inverters: 4–8 working days

    • Air Purifiers & Spare Parts: 3–7 working days

    Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.


    4. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges depend on product type, size, and delivery location.

    • EV Scooters may include additional transportation or packaging charges.

    • Final shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout or informed by our team.


    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • A tracking link

    • Courier name

    • Estimated delivery date

    In some cases, EV scooters may be delivered through special logistics partners, and tracking information will be shared manually via WhatsApp or call.


    6. Delivery Verification

    For all deliveries:

    • The customer must be available to receive the order.

    • Inspect the package at the time of delivery.

    • Report any physical damage immediately to our support team.


    7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

    Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Unavailability of the customer

    • Courier delays

    • Remote locations

    If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.


    8. International Shipping

    Currently, we do not provide international shipping.
    Delivery is available within India only.
