1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return in the following situations:
You received a damaged or broken product.
You received a defective product or manufacturing fault.
You received the wrong product or model.
The product is not functioning as described.
Note:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.2. Conditions for Return
To approve a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
All accessories, manuals, chargers, and packaging must be returned.
Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible for return.
EV scooters must not show signs of riding or misuse.
3. Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned:
Used EV scooters
Used lithium batteries
Spare parts with installation marks
Items damaged due to customer handling
Products purchased during clearance sale
4. Replacement Policy
If your return is approved, we provide:
Free replacement for damaged/defective items
If the item is out of stock, you may choose refund or different product
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after product inspection.
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before shipping.
After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.7. How to Request a Return
